The total value of my liquid assets exceeds NIS 9,411,809. My annual income in each of the last two years exceeded NIS 1,411,772, or the annual income of my family unit exceeded NIS 2,117,657. The total value of my liquid assets exceeds NIS 5,882,380 and my annual income in each of the last two years exceeded NIS 705,885, or the annual income of my family unit exceeded NIS 1,058,827.

For the purpose of this section:

Liquid assets - cash, deposits, financial assets as defined in the Investment Advice Law, and securities traded on an exchange.
Family unit - an individual and his or her family members who live with him or her or who are financially dependent on one another.

I hereby declare and confirm that:

I meet one or more of the above conditions and therefore qualify as a “Qualified Investor."

I acknowledge that the information on this website is intended solely for Qualified Investors, and I/we hereby confirm that I/we am/are aware of the implications of being classified as a Qualified Investor under the First Schedule to the Securities Law, and that I/we consent thereto.
